Returns
Stock Items – Standard Products
- The Customer may return complete boxes of stone to us within 1 calendar month of delivery, this is only acceptable if the product is in good condition and is re-sellable.
- If the Customer returns the goods in adequate condition, a FULL REFUND will be issued. However, this excludes the original DELIVERY charge and the extra cost of re-stocking and packaging.
- If the Customer and the Company agree terms to a collection and re-supply of alternative goods, a re-stocking fee of £20 + VAT will be deducted from the refund relating to the original goods.
If the goods are being returned, the responsibility of the goods is in the hands of the Customer. Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for the cost of the return, or the re-packaging of retuned products or items.
The Customer must return the goods by means of established shipping methods and should refrain from using Express or Special Transportation services, unless specifically agreed with the Company, before the products are originally returned.
If the original packaging has been opened or is deemed by the Customer to require improvement, to allow the safe return of the goods, it is the responsibility of the Customer to re-package the items, at their cost.
