Do you split packs?
No we do not split packs. When choosing your product, information is provided on how many pieces are included in the pack and the measurement of area covered. If you have any queries about the amount of paving you require, please contact our team by calling 0800 689 5236 who will happily assist.
Do you provide a laying guide?
Yes we do provide a laying guide with purchases.
Can you guarantee the colour shown on the website?
Natural stone products are characteristically subject to colour variations and markings. However, we do provide samples to give you a better understanding of the product appearance.
Please consider how the weather conditions and time of day the images were taken on may alter the product appearance. These images should be used for a reference purpose only.
What happens if I order the wrong amount?
We suggest you always add an extra 10% of paving onto the required amount to allow for cuts, waste and a small number of possible breakages.
However, if you have ordered too much, you can return complete boxes of stones within 1 calendar month of delivery. Please see our full returns policy here for more information.
Do you sell samples?
Yes. If you are interested in a range of paving but want a better feel for the product, we suggest you order a sample or multiple samples to compare. Alternatively, if you would like more information on a product, please do not hesitate to contact the team on 0800 689 5236.
When will my delivery arrive?
Once you have placed your order, as long as the product is in stock, we usually deliver within a couple of working days. Our courier will contact you to organise a date for delivery before attempting to deliver to the address. We also provide a Specified Delivery service and Express Next Day Delivery service.
Can I choose my delivery date?
We understand everyone has a different schedule, which is why we provide a Specified Delivery service which ensures orders can be at your doorstep at any chosen day and time.
For a quick delivery, we also offer Express Next Day Delivery on all in stock items. By choosing this option, we guarantee delivery the following day.
How will my goods arrive?
We deliver your goods on a pallet using a tail-lift with a maximum total weight of 1000kgs. We place all our deliveries on a kerbside and advise you have someone on site to support if necessary. If you are unable to assist the driver, please arrange for support from either a contractor or labourer when receiving large orders.
Can I have my products delivered to my garden/driveway?
Please note we deliver all our palettes on a kerbside using a tail lift. If you have any special delivery requirements, please speak to one of our team at 0800 689 5236 to see how we can best facilitate your needs.
Does someone need to sign for delivery?
Yes. You must have someone present to accept the delivery and sign for the goods. A signature is required on all deliveries.
My delivery is damaged, should I refuse delivery?
We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives in the best condition, however if you find that your order has arrived damaged, we advise you to inform us as soon as possible by calling 0800 689 5236 or email us at email@example.com
When your delivery arrives, you must clearly sign for the goods as ‘Unchecked for Damages’ or ‘Damages Received’. You then have 24 hours of receiving your order to contact us about any issues. If you do not sign the delivery note as either ‘Unchecked for Damages’ or ‘Damages Received’ we cannot organise a product replacement for you.
How do I return my goods?
We accept returns of complete boxes of stone within 1 calendar month of delivery. A full refund excluding delivery will be issued as long as the product is in a good, re-sellable condition.
